If you right click on the Mazda Toolbox shortcut in that folder and click on properties, it should look like the window open at the bottom of the pic below. You can right click on the Start Menu entry, then click on ' More', then ' open file location' and it will open the folder containing the shortcut the Start menu uses to open the application. The shortcut itself that is used to open the binary is installed in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\ Start Menu\Programs\Mazda and is called Mazda Toolbox. When you run it from the start menu, the start menu is just calling a shortcut which opens that binary I listed (on win10 at least) The binary is C:\Program Files (x86)\Mazda\Toolbox\tbagent.exe The application is NOT called toolbox.exe
